Vintage Jewelry Galore!

OK... so I started feeling a little crazy when I bought all of this vintage jewelry recently at a garage sale... but once I got it home, I changed my mind. I am so excited about it. I love it all!! It is so interesting. Look at the pictures below to see for yourself. Now I am working on creating an Etsy store to start selling it. This is fun!! .... and I got all of it for one good price! Yeah..

Look at this cute little perfume bottle that was in the"mix". Such a doll.

I am almost embarrassed to say, this was in a "free" box at a garage sale... what?? It is so cute, and never used. I think I will sell it too. Ha. Why throw this little cutie away??

This beaded purse was only $1. Yep!

So.....back to all of the jewelry I bought. I walk up to the sale and see all of the jewelry, and say, "How much for all of the jewelry?!" And I ended up getting it all for one price. I have a lot of work to do to go through all of it. This should keep me busy for weeks!

Here is another set in the "lot" .... Love it!

Can you believe there was over 100 pairs of earrings? It's true.

Earrings and more earrings. Love these cameo. Too bad they are clip-on. They hurt my ears. Ha.

Aren't these cute too? I love them.

Did I say there were around 60 necklaces? And about the same amount of bracelets? I couldn't believe it either. This is a cute vintage set.

.......more earrings....am I boring you?

Lots of sets!

A 14 ct. gold plated Cross pen.

This set matches the sweater I just bought at The Loft. I might not be able to part with this one.

This is a statement piece. Love it!! So fancy.

R is for Rich!

Another pin and earring set....

Bow ties anyone??

The man and woman who owned all of this stuff were both highly involved in the Moose and Ladies of the moose.  I hope they know I am going to be taking good care of their possessions.

Have you ever? I can't get over all of this cool stuff.....

Old Book Clutch

I ran across a collection of old books at a garage sale, and now I need to figure out what to do with them. The colors are awesome! Here is my first attempt at making a clutch. I still need a little more practice, and then I will share how to do it.

Easy to do!

Vintage Purses for a Dollar!?

I was so excited to get these cute vintage purses yesterday at a garage sale for only a dollar. They still have the tissue inside and have never been used. Well, I plan to change that right now! I can't decide which one to use first! Aren't they neat? I think they are from the 1960's.

Got this one for a dollar too! yep! Not only did it have tissue inside, but it has a tag on it and was still in the box. For a dollar? What?? Sold! I can't believe what you can find for a dollar these days.... fun!

Teapots and Aprons!

I have a granite teapot collection.... here are a few of them for you to see!  The white one with flowers is the newest addition. I bought it at an an antique store in Arthur, IL.
I purchased this cute apron today at a garage sale for $1.50. It  matches my orange teapot! I love it!

Look at these cool vintage apron patterns! I also bought these today at a garage sale for $1. They were only 25 cents ...back in the day. I might try to make one of them...or not.
